Skeeter Creek Farms is owned and operated by Buster and Claire Hair, both multi-generational Florida Crackers. Sitting on the edge of Okeechobee County's Mosquito Creek Swamp, they have been raising cattle together since the 1980's. With the help of their family cattle crew, their native Floridian roots shine through in all that they do.
